I have been ralleying here, along with the group I am thee most affiliaed with, but ALL of them are here...to implement a MANDATORY SPAY AND NEUTER LAW!! Unfortunately, the "breeders" have shot us down almost every time, but we ARE making headway. It's not the proposal we wanted, but at least it's a baby step in the right direction....ejckittylovehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/02673379562725193889noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7284946368671626238.post-87055259989514864312009-12-13T14:59:31.877-05:002009-12-13T14:59:31.877-05:00I so agree with everything you have said. Spaying and neutering is so important.

IrisBoo-Bah AKA Irishttps://www.blogger.com/profile/07349600949611926242noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7284946368671626238.post-1502196938609997572009-12-13T14:58:29.718-05:002009-12-13T14:58:29.718-05:00Had just left a comment and it disappeared! The p...Had just left a comment and it disappeared! The problem with the over population of animals is one that everyone should chip in. It's not for the "crazy cat person" of the neighborhood only to shoulder spaying/neutering of animals only. Everyone should get involved. (Signed: Smokey8 fr Twitter)Anonymousnoreply@blogger.com
