You is one lucky kitty to have a nice scratching post. When I was adopted by M & D, my front claws were already removed. But, I like to go thru the motions on the corner of the mattress. It's fun. purrs sweetie.
I'm sure the post was chosen because it's color so compliments your own lucious coat!! :-)
